Sayaka Inoue is CEO of Eneleap Consulting, LLC. She is business management consultant with twelve years of experience in energy industry.
Sayaka spent five years at GE Energy, where she was strategic planning & marketing manager, and technical consultant. She worked in Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution and Energy Consulting, in the U.S., Austria, UK, and Japan. Her areas of expertise include renewable energy, demand response and electric vehicle.
Especially on electric vehicle, she has co-founded two startups in electric vehicle charing infrastructure, and has a deep knowledge on next generation electric vehicle charging infrastructure including high power rapid charging and V2G(Vehicle-to-Grid).
Sayaka writes columns about cleantech business on Nikkei Business Online, which is the leading business magazine in Japan. Sayaka is a frequent speaker at seminars; she recently spoke at University of Tokyo and the Technology Information Center. She graduated from the University of Tokyo with a B.S. in Engineering.

Lucian has more than twenty years of business and technology management experience in US, Canada, Europe and Asia, with LION Energy Partners, Siemens, Comverge, General Electric, National Semiconductor, Pacific Gas and Electric, and Abbott Laboratories.
Lucian is a recognized utilities and energy industry thought leader, and he is a frequent conference speaker and panelist on current energy topics (Smart Grid, Intelligent Energy Management, Microgrids, Demand Response and Energy Efficiency, Grid Automation, Energy Markets Design and Models, International Trends in Energy). Lucian holds a Computer Science degree and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

With over 25 years of executive level marketing, sales, and business development experience in high technology companies, Mike has focused for the past 10 years on the electric vehicle industry and emerging mobility markets.
He was the co-founder of two successful Silicon Valley based computer network companies: Network Computing Devices (computer display terminals) and Shoreline Communications (IP telephone systems).
In 2005, Mike joined the founding executive team at Tesla Motors as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Since leaving Tesla Motors he has held executive positions at Coulomb Technologies (now ChargePoint, EV charging stations) and Atieva, Inc. (now Lucid Motors, EV startup), NRG Energy (major electric utility company, eVgo Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure), City CarShare (electric vehicle fleet operations) and Prospect Silicon Valley where he is the Senior Program Manager for Advanced Mobility.
Riku Inoue Partner
Riku was a lead product manager at Google headquarters for more than 10 years, where he led the development of strategically important products in the AI and mobile fields.
He led the development of Google AI Platform, an enterprise-class product that enables enterprises to quickly and cost-effectively develop, operate and manage AI applications in a production environment.
He also led the development of a large scale AI infrastructure for generating Google Maps data from satellite, Street View, Lidar. Commercialized state-of-the-art AI technologies as a large-scale application in collaboration with Google Brain team. Other major products he led include: Google Maps for iPhone / Android, Japanese speech recognition engine for voice search.
As the product manager, he led the engineering, design, marketing, public relations, user support, and legal teams and led the full lifecycle of product strategy development, design, development, launch, and improvement.
He holds Master of Computer Science with AI specialization, Stanford University. Selected as a Siebel Scholar which is awarded to 5 outstanding students in the CS department. He holds Bachelor of Engineering, the University of Tokyo.
